Whether you’re an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, a youth club, or a school team, mindset has a huge impact on performance. I deliver engaging, evidence-based workshops and masterclasses that give athletes practical tools to thrive under pressure, recover from setbacks, and sustain long-term motivation.
Connect with me:
You’re pushing hard, but confidence is shaky.
You’ve had moments of doubt, frustration, even dread and wondered if it’s supposed to feel this way.
Clubs, gyms, and teams often see the same patterns: athletes holding it together on the outside, but losing touch with their spark on the inside.
My workshops create space to reset.
To perform with clarity and purpose, not just pressure.
To feel steady in the face of nerves or setbacks.
To reconnect with the joy of sport.

Interactive sessions built around real challenges athletes face whether it’s managing pressure, building effective routines, or bouncing back from setbacks. I collaborate with clubs, coaches, and organisations to design bespoke workshops that are practical, engaging, and immediately useful.

Team coaching goes beyond individual performance. I work with groups to strengthen communication, align shared goals, and build collective resilience. Whether it’s a racing crew, a football squad, or a university team, these sessions create a mindset culture that lasts beyond one competition.

Focused, high-impact sessions on key themes such as confidence, mindset under pressure, injury recovery, or sustainable motivation. Perfect for schools, clubs, and athlete networks, each masterclass blends sport psychology theory with practical exercises, giving athletes and coaches a shared language around performance and well-being.

I believe the strongest performances come from within. That’s why I help athletes connect with their values, the deeper reasons why they train, compete, and keep showing up. When you’re clear on your ‘why,’ you can navigate pressure, setbacks, and self-doubt with more ease.

Mental prep isn’t just in your head. Your body holds stress, excitement, tension, and intuition and it often speaks before the mind does.
I help you tune into your internal signals, regulate your nervous system, and access a grounded state of focus. Whether it’s managing pre-race nerves, recovering after a tough session, or resetting mid-competition, your body can be one of your best tools.

I don’t believe you have to choose between chasing big goals and taking care of yourself. My role is to support you in doing both.
Whether you’re working through a dip in confidence, coming back from injury, or pushing towards a breakthrough season, we’ll focus on strategies that help you perform with purpose while honouring your health, identity, and long-term joy in your sport.
As a trainee sports and exercise psychologist and international-level coastal rower, I understand first-hand the pressures, expectations, and unspoken struggles that can come with high performance, especially in a culture that often prioritises winning over well-being.
I believe there’s a better way. One that puts the athletes first, values their whole experience, and supports both performance and long-term fulfilment in sport.

I co‑design every workshop with you so the content fits your goals, sport and context. Typical themes include performing under pressure, confidence and mindset skills, pre‑performance routines, injury and setback recovery, team cohesion and culture, and sustainable motivation. Sessions are practical and evidence‑based, drawing on sport psychology so athletes leave with tools they can use straight away.
Yes. I deliver workshops in person across London and the UK, and online for maximum flexibility. Online sessions work well for multi‑site clubs, schools and committees, and can be run live or as a short series to support behaviour change between sessions.
Yes. I deliver age‑appropriate workshops for youth athletes, PE departments and school teams, focusing on confidence, focus, healthy motivation and coping with pressure. I hold an enhanced DBS and follow clear safeguarding and consent procedures. Sessions are practical, engaging and built to give staff and athletes a shared language for well‑being and performance.
Every sport has unique demands. I start with a brief needs analysis to understand your athletes, season stage and pressure points. Content and examples then mirror your sport, while transferable skills like attention control, self‑talk and values‑based action keep the learning relevant across roles. An outside perspective can also surface simple changes that make a big difference.
