Hi, I’m Éva Barrellon-Kendall, a trainee Sports and Exercise Psychologist and international-level coastal rower.
I know first-hand how much mindset shapes performance. I began my rowing career in 2018 with British Rowing’s Talent ID programme, but along the way I struggled with burnout and lost the joy I once felt in sport.
Discovering coastal rowing in 2021 was a turning point. It helped me reconnect with my purpose and reminded me that performance and well-being can go hand in hand. Since then, I’ve represented Great Britain, won international medals, and built a career dedicated to helping others do the same.
Through London Sports Psychologist, I support athletes, coaches, and teams to perform at their best without sacrificing their well-being or identity. My workshops and masterclasses are designed to give athletes practical tools for confidence, resilience, and long-term motivation, all while keeping the joy of sport alive.
I believe coaches, support staff, and the wider sporting environment play a vital role in how athletes perform and feel. That’s why I work with the whole team to co-create a culture where athletes can thrive. We create a culture that supports high performance while keeping the process enjoyable and sustainable.
If you’re looking for support with mindset, performance, and well-being, I’d love to work with you.
